Purpose: To give students the ability to learn how to use mindfulness to calm bodies and focus minds on school.

We are excited to introduce the JMS Yoga Club this school year. Yoga and mindfulness are great ways to calm our bodies and focus our minds for school. During these challenging times, it is even more important for kids and adults to find ways to manage our emotions, feel calm, and build community. Look out for the JMS Yoga Club website that will be linked in the Parent Hub. This website will have links to "Monday Mindfulness" tools students can try each week, as well as invites to our weekly, live Google Meet yoga sessions.
