Good Morning Jackson Middle School! Today is Tuesday, April 17th, and these are your morning announcements:

Your weather forecast for today is partly cloudy with a high 46.

Today’s menu is Bosco Sticks w/Marinara, Burrito w/Meat & Cheese, Refried Beans, Fruit Choice, and Milk.

Any girl interested in playing golf for the GCHS Girls Varsity Golf team next year should come to a meeting today at 6:30pm in Portable 2. If anyone is unable to make it, please see Coach Blaney for the information.

Anyone interested in trying out for the GCHS Cheer Squads must get a packet from the office and attend a mandatory parent meeting this Wednesday, April 18th at 6pm at the high school. The packet is due May 3rd at the 1st clinic. Clinics will continue through May 4th and tryouts will be held on May 5th. Again, you can find high school cheer packets in the main office.

Attention 8th graders interested in participating in the GCHS Color Guard: Color Guard will be holding 4 clinics to teach basic Color Guard Skills. The first clinic will take place on April 24th, from 4:30-6:30. The clinics will take place in the band wing on the left side of the high school. Please see the JMS website for times of all 4 clinics. Auditions for Color Guard will take place on May 3rd, from 4:30-6:30.

Any student interested in participating in the Jackson Golf Club: There is an informational meeting on May 3rd at 6:30 P.M., in the Jackson Middle School Cafeteria.

Attention ROX girls: Both ROX groups will be meeting together today in the health room for this weeks meeting.

Congratulations to the JMS Robot Warriors! Mrs. Walters and Mrs. Stephens are proud of all of your hard work this year that culminated into a great learning experience last week at our very first competition, The National Robotics Challenge. Way to go Jags Robotics Club! Due to testing, Robotics Club will not meet until May. Listen to announcements for the next meeting date.

Coding Club meets on Friday morning.

Please stand for the pledge.

Everyone at Jackson Middle School; MAKE today a great day!
