Good Morning Jackson Middle School! Today is Thursday, May 10th, and these are your morning announcements:

Your weather forecast for today is Mostly Sunny, high of 75.

Today’s menu is General Tso’s Popcorn Chicken with Rice, Chef Salad with Muffin, Cheesy Broccoli, Carrots with Dip, Fruit Choice, and Milk.

Smoothie King tickets will be sold during lunch today!  The cost of the tickets are $3.00, and this will buy you an ANGEL FOOD smoothie for lunch on Friday.  This is the last Smoothie King of the year! PTSA will be handing out 6 door prizes, as well!

Reminder for the track team.   There is practice today, for athletes that made the district meet.

Anyone interested in playing baseball, GCHS is having a camp this summer in June.  The camp info can be picked up in the office.

There will NOT be ultimate frisbee club on Friday, so that more of you can go enjoy the after school event hosted by student council.

Hey Jackson!  Your student council reps should have informed you about the upcoming After School Event this Friday from 4-5!  If not...no worries-- listen up! This Friday´s social event will include a DJ, dodgeball in the gym, 2 game rooms, cornhole and a cake walk room.  Itś free of change to get in but be sure to bring money if you would like pizza, snacks or Kona Ice. We hope to see you there!

Attention Student Council Reps, as well as teachers who volunteered to help out with the cake walk for the after school event, this is a reminder that you will want to bring your cakes and goodies to room 221 at the beginning of the day tomorrow.

Finally, student council reps, Mrs. Diehl and Ms. Elder need to see you for about 5 mins following announcements in room 221.

Student council needs 3 more staff volunteers for the staff-student balloon pop game during the pep rally.  Sign up on the drive if interested.
