Good Morning Jackson Middle School! Today is Thursday, December 7th, and these are your morning announcements:

Your weather forecast for today is mostly cloudy with a high of 34.

Today’s menu is General Tso’s Chicken w/Rice, Chef Salad w/Muffin, Cheesy Broccoli, Carrots w/Dip, Fruit Choice, and Milk.  

Attention Drama Club we will be meeting tomorrow from 4 to 5:30 in the ERC. Please bring your Alice scripts with you.  

Student council representatives that were not able to attend the meeting last night, please see Mrs. Diehl and Ms. Elder in room 221 immediately following announcements. Student council members, please remember to share your information of upcoming events with your homeroom students this morning.

Attention actors and actresses are you interested in being in the school play? Auditions for Alice in Wonderland will be held Wednesday and Thursday of next week from 4 to 6. Stop by Mrs. Penrose’s room for a permission slip that must be signed by you and your parent or guardian and turned in the night of rehearsals.  

Do you like taking photos? Are you creative? If so, yearbook might be the club for you. Mrs. Haack and Ms. Otte will hold an informational yearbook meeting this Monday, December 11th from 4-4:30 in the ERC. 

Attention Jackson Student Body! NJHS is having a clothing drive ending tomorrow, December 8th. The homeroom with the most items collected will be awarded breakfast. The current leaders are Mrs Flynn with 77, Mr Baumann with 53, and Mr Farbizo with 40.

The Jags wrestling team continued their undefeated streak last night, defeating Finland 63 to 25. Winning for the Jags were Slade Waller, Regan Mitchell, Jake Schreck, Braxton Sheets, Cole Stevens, David Jordan, Dylan Stephens, Xavier Rose, Tony Carrillo, Gavin Kirk, Brayden Benson and Olivia Yocum.  Great job wrestlers!

Good Luck to the Basketball Teams tonight against Pleasant View. The Girls will play at home and the Boys will play at Pleasant View. 

Please stand for the pledge.
