Good Morning Jackson Middle School! Today is Monday, April 16th, and these are your morning announcements:


Your weather forecast for today is cloudy and much colder with a high of 42.


Today’s menu is Chicken Drumstick w/Roll, Cheeseburger, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Carrots w/Dip, Fruit Choice, and Milk.


Congratulations to all music students who participated in Solo and Ensemble Competition this past Saturday. All students represented Jackson Middle School proudly with 54 superior ratings, and 21 excellent ratings in the band, choir, and orchestra competitions.


Any girl interested in playing golf for the GCHS Girls Varsity Golf team next year should come to a meeting tomorrow, April 17th. The meeting will be at 6:30pm in Portable 2. If anyone is unable to make it, please see Coach Blaney for the information.


Attention 8th graders interested in participating in the GCHS Color Guard: Color Guard will be holding 4 clinics to teach basic Color Guard Skills. The first clinic will take place on April 24th, from 4:30-6:30. The clinics will take place in the band wing on the left side of the high school. Please see the JMS website for times of all 4 clinics. Auditions for Color Guard will take place on May 3rd, from 4:30-6:30.


Any student interested in participating in the Jackson Golf Club: There is an informational meeting on May 3rd at 6:30 P.M., in the Jackson Middle School Cafeteria.


Attention ROX girls: Both ROX groups will be meeting together on Tuesday in the health room for this weeks meeting.


Coding Club meets on Friday morning.
